Job Summary

  • The Senior Unified Communications Engineer is responsible for the global architecture, design, and reliability of Unified Communications services across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • This role owns the technical direction of core UC platforms, including Cisco collaboration technologies and cloud-based services such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and Zoom.
  • Partnering closely with Network, Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Security, and Service Desk teams, this position serves as a senior escalation point, leads architectural decisions, and supports global deployments.
