  • The Head of KYC Program Risk is responsible for maintaining the sustainability of the KYC Program through management of program risks, including defining and managing the governance model, providing support for KYC regulatory exams and audits, monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of KYC controls, and measuring the overall health of the program through defined metrics.
  • This role directly manages a team of risk managers dedicated to KYC program risk, governance and policy maintenance and will partner with the first line of defense to gather information to inform risk and governance decisions.
