Job Summary

  • This position responds to maintenance and repair service requests, carries out preventive maintenance tasks, prepares apartments for turnovers, and stays on top of requesting required supplies in a timely matter.
  • The Facilities Technician ensures safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment and ensures optimal service is provided to our customers.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years general maintenance experience
  • EPA 608 Type I certification
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or obtain within six months
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand 8 hours or longer
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
