Job Summary

  • The case manager will ensure quality case management for children, women, and other vulnerable persons exposed to or survivors of protection violations, including gender-based violence, abuse, and sexual exploitation.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying, registering, assessing, monitoring, and closing child protection, GBV, and PSEA cases in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • The role requires effective referral of survivors to health, psychosocial, legal, and security services while maintaining confidentiality and consent, and supporting PSEA reporting mechanisms.
