The primary purpose of this role is to perform assembly and inspection operations over a range of products and processes while supporting both cyclical and non-cyclical work with minimal supervision.

Visual and dimensional inspection
Production flow understanding
Shift work with 15% differential

Familiarity with IPC soldering standards
Technical training in welding and material science

Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
Medical device experience preferred
Computer proficiency
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
Certification in IPC soldering standards desired
Technical training in welding and material science preferred
