  • In this role, you will lead a team of approximately seven colleagues, focusing on the continuous development of our training concepts and driving projects within the Aftermarket Repair sector.
  • Your responsibilities include leading your team both professionally and personally, identifying potential for improvement, and implementing relevant projects to strengthen the performance of our Repair Centers.
