Job Summary
In this role, you will lead a team of approximately seven colleagues, focusing on the continuous development of our training concepts and driving projects within the Aftermarket Repair sector.
Your responsibilities include leading your team both professionally and personally, identifying potential for improvement, and implementing relevant projects to strengthen the performance of our Repair Centers.
