Key Requirements
12–15+ years in product management or adjacent roles
7+ years leading PM teams
Track record owning integrated hardware + software portfolios
Demonstrated success in regulated environments
Strong commercial acumen
Technical fluency in lab automation, robotics, scheduling/orchestration, data platforms, cloud/SaaS, and API-first architectures
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related
