The Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents to determine physical therapy needs and functional limitations in accordance with physician orders.
This role requires developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
The incumbent must supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and provide in-service training to facility staff on an ongoing basis.
