  • The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • You will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinate nursing schedules, handle staffing-related communications, and participate in various facility committees to support recruitment, retention, and safety.
  • You are expected to maintain confidentiality, assist with staff development and orientation, report unsafe conditions, and ensure efficient administrative functions within the nursing department.
