Job Summary
Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store.
Role models outstanding customer service, creates a positive internal and external customer experience, and promotes a culture of honesty and integrity.
Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
