Job Summary

  • The General Manager is responsible for all activities connected with strategy and tactics, sales and production, delivery and customer experience, employee engagement, and financial performance of the Lab & Production Equipment business.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and executing a 3-year business strategy, owning and delivering the full P&L, championing engineering processes, and driving manufacturing operations strategy.

  • 15+ years experience in leadership with a formal continuous improvement system
  • 15+ years hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools
  • 15+ years experience with budgeting and financial statement ownership
  • 10+ years of business unit level strategic planning and goal setting experience
