Job Summary

  • Lead and coordinate all activities associated with the transition from construction, testing, and commissioning into live operations for visitor experience environments and live entertainment venues.
  • Ensure that operational strategies, staffing, procedures, and systems are fully aligned with the realities of complex, high-throughput experiential attractions and performance systems.
  • Work closely with the client, client’s operations team, direct vendors, contractors, commissioning teams, and future operators to develop, validate, and test readiness through scenario planning, simulations, emergency response drills, and full operational rehearsals.
