Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related
Professional certifications in L&D, Training, or Talent Management
5–10 years experience in training/L&D
At least 3 years regional experience across Asia Pacific
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms
Ability to work across cultures and multiple stakeholders
