Job Summary

  • Reporting to our Director of Expert Services, APA, you will drive, lead and take ownership of market area training initiatives by systematically reviewing/conducting training needs assessments to ensure maximum performance and alignment with overall strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related
  • Professional certifications in L&D, Training, or Talent Management
  • 5–10 years experience in training/L&D
  • At least 3 years regional experience across Asia Pacific
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms
  • Ability to work across cultures and multiple stakeholders
