  • Associates are directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of mergers & acquisitions, including both buy-side, sell-side and other strategic advisory mandates.
  • The expected base salary ranges from $175K - $225k, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus and a generous employee benefits package.
