Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established standards and policies.
Essential duties include ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, reporting all accidents/incidents promptly, and coordinating daily maintenance services with nursing services.
The role requires performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks on grounds, facility, and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
