Job Summary
The Director of Driver Services serves on the NCDMV senior leadership team to provide strategic and operational leadership for the statewide Driver Services program.
This role is responsible for executing key components of the NCDMV Strategic Plan by modernizing service delivery across more than 115 Driver License Offices and digital platforms.
The position acts as the principal advisor on Driver Services operations and primary liaison to executive leadership and legislative stakeholders.
