Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for clinical operations, regulatory and medical compliance, program implementation, and contract performance across all clinics and non-clinic (NOSM) sites in the region.
  • Partner with the Medical Director, EHS, HR, and Site Leadership to execute the global strategic plan, standardize occupational health programs, and ensure high-quality, compliant services.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current, unrestricted licensure
  • Minimum 5 years managerial/team lead experience in occupational/industrial health
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations and multi-site or international roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSN Preferred)
  • COHN strong preference
  • Master’s degree in Health Services, Public Health, or Health Administration desirable
  • 8+ years managerial/team lead experience
  • Experience with TQM/Six Sigma/Lean strongly preferred
  • Experience with EMR/occupational health information systems
  • Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Training/experience in OSHA and country-specific regulations
  • Ability to prove U.S. Person status
