Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Nursing Department by performing a variety of essential support functions for residents and staff.
Employees are required to maintain orderly and clean resident rooms, common areas, and equipment while ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control policies.
Staff must promptly report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, or safety hazards to the Nurse Supervisor and participate in mandatory annual training programs.

Must-have
Report accidents and incidents to charge nurse
Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
Transport residents to meals and activities
Identify residents using wristbands or photo cards
Follow bloodborne pathogens and OSHA policies
Assist with passing snacks and trays without feeding

Key Requirements
Minimum 8th grade education
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
