Job Summary

  • The Parking Ambassador provides direct customer service with Pay Stations and Exit Verifiers, answers general questions regarding UAMS Facilities or Parking regulations, and enforces UAMS parking regulations by issuing warnings and/or citations for illegal parking.
  • The Ambassador operates the Remote Parking Management System (RPMS) 24*7*365, monitoring cameras and remotely assisting customers with various parking transactions and exception management.
  • UAMS offers benefits including medical, dental, vision plans, holiday, vacation and sick leave, education discounts, and retirement matching for benefits-eligible positions.
