Job Summary
Lead all corporate-level consolidation activities, oversee global Record-to-Report governance, and serve as the primary owner of financial information flowing to the External Reporting function.
Ensure consolidation processes are supported by effective SOX-compliant controls, maintain documented consolidation procedures, and support external auditors during consolidated financial statement audits.
Partner with systems teams on ERP and reporting optimization initiatives and collaborate with Intercompany Accounting leadership on elimination accuracy and intercompany true-ups.

Base: $115,236 to $218,361; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for an annual incentive plan; Benefits: Eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits

Significant experience managing consolidations in a multinational, publicly traded company ($1B+ revenue)
Proven expertise in U.S. GAAP consolidation principles
Proven expertise in foreign currency translation (ASC 830)
