The Sales Enablement Specialist supports NOV’s sales organization by aligning training, content, and operational resources to improve overall sales effectiveness.
This position is responsible for managing sales enablement tools, developing and organizing content, and supporting initiatives that empower sales teams.
The specialist will maintain and optimize sales content within platforms such as Highspot, develop training content through the LMS, and assist with lead generation strategies.
