The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, noting and reporting errors, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
The role requires participation in quality assurance programs and adherence to facility policies and procedures governing medication administration and resident care.
