Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Quality Engineering
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys)
  • Experience with formal problem-solving frameworks (8D, DMAIC, PDCA)
  • Familiarity with automated control systems
  • Experience with Minitab, Power BI, Microsoft Office
  • Up to 50% travel to client locations
