Job Summary

  • The VIE HR Digital & AI Americas is accountable for supporting the successful implementation and adoption of digital HR tools and AI-driven solutions across the region.
  • This individual will act as a key contributor to projects aimed at modernizing HR functions, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
  • The jobholder will closely collaborate with stakeholders and senior members to assist with change evolution; and will report to the Head of HR Digital Transformation North America.
