Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of engineering experience
Proficiency with CAD tools like NX or CATIA
In-depth knowledge of GD&T principles
Experience with composite or ceramic processing
Nice-to-have
2+ years experience with NX solid modeling
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
Understanding of additive manufacturing technologies
