  • Manage and guide a small team of recruiters and partner management professionals, balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with day-to-day team direction and tactical execution of objectives.
  • Maintain and optimise advanced Lever ATS configurations, including pipeline workflow automation, reporting dashboards, structured interview processes, and partner management integrations.
