  • The Senior Sales Manager will lead several funeral sales teams in Mass Markets, developing strategies, examining growth opportunities, and enabling sales improvement.
  • Responsible for management and oversight of FSPs activities relating to rendering of financial services, including advice and/or intermediary services, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Uphold business processes, identify operational improvements, manage change proactively, and ensure compliance and risk management adherence.
