Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
The role requires developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered RN license, CPR certification, and preferably have two or more years of experience in a long-term care facility.
