Job Summary
This role leads store labour and operating expense (OPEX) planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and governance, with a focus on clear expectations and disciplined execution.
The role owns the design, management, and deployment of tools, reporting, and operating routines that support store and field teams in executing labour models, product and service processes, SOPs, and brand standards.
The Senior Manager partners closely with Field Leadership and cross‑functional teams to reinforce standards, support execution, remove barriers, and ensure a consistent operating rhythm across stores.
