Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7 day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions while ensuring resident safety and respect.
Acts as a liaison between residents, family members, and physicians and provides reports and recommendations concerning the operation of nursing services.
