Job Summary

• The Lead Data Engineer is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the design, build, operation, and modernisation of enterprise-grade data platforms, pipelines, and data-enabled applications within the CIB Client Management environment.
• The role provides hands-on technical leadership across the full software and data engineering lifecycle, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, reliable, and well-governed data solutions that support analytics, reporting, operational MI, and machine-learning use cases.
• In addition to technical delivery, the role is accountable for engineering standards, data standards, mentoring and capability building, and close partnership with business, analytics, security, and product stakeholders.
