The HRPP Manager will initially serve as the primary operational engine for the office, focusing on clearing existing backlogs by serving as the primary Exempt Reviewer and lead Pre-Reviewer.
The role will pivot toward high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and the expansion of the HRPP’s foundational infrastructure, spearheading the development of all HRPP SOPs and policies.

Salary

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years IRB administration experience
Expert knowledge of federal regulations
Master's degree or higher preferred
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) preferred
2+ years lead role experience preferred
