Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while ensuring a calm and supportive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality

Ability to create warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental cooperation
