Job Summary

• This role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR.
• The incumbent must coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set for each new admission according to regulatory time frames.
