This role partners closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and HR to translate business priorities into measurable capability outcomes.
The role is accountable for ensuring learning investments drive observable behavior change and business impact, while embedding Enterprise Leadership Skills (ELS) across the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
5–7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Commercial Effectiveness, Sales Enablement, or equivalent capability-building roles
Proven experience designing and implementing training programs linked to business outcomes
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring learning effectiveness and ROI
