  • This role partners closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and HR to translate business priorities into measurable capability outcomes.
  • The role is accountable for ensuring learning investments drive observable behavior change and business impact, while embedding Enterprise Leadership Skills (ELS) across the organization.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing training programs linked to business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring learning effectiveness and ROI
