Job Summary

  • The Bioservices Operations Officer is responsible for a range of operational administration tasks across the Bioservices department.
  • This role is primarily responsible for the administrative actions in processing and issuing of orders placed by internal and external clients through our online mouse ordering system (MOS) and the institute’s Animal Management System (AMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • The position requires close collaboration with a variety of staff to uphold high standards in order processing and administrative reporting.
