Provide reactive and proactive technical support to customers, ensuring a close follow-up of major/critical topics impacting the Americas region.
Analyze in-service events to identify potential impacts and investigate emerging hot topics affecting the fleet and customers.
Build trustful relationships with customers by managing communication at various hierarchical levels and in different contexts.
