Key Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus 3 years experience
  • Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian
  • 1-3 years hospital or adult home/care experience
  • 3-5 years direct foodservice operational management experience
  • Inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
  • ServSafe® Certified
