This role requires genuine AI tool fluency. You'll be expected to demonstrate, not just describe, how AI-assisted workflows change what you produce and how fast you produce it.
This role is not stepping into a mature, well‑defined process—it’s helping build it. As our Product Lead, you’ll help define and pilot the product playbook that will ultimately scale across the product and engineering organization.
