Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for managing and operating all aspects of the Security Control Center.
  • The incumbent must act as a courteous liaison between the Department of Security and Hospital staff members, internal medical center departments, patients, visitors as well as external law enforcement, fire and EMS entities.
  • Employees are expected to competently operate telecommunication, radio access control and CCTV equipment and have good computer and data entry skills.
