  • As part of the Philipines Leadership team, the Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance, market development, and team capability for the nationwide MedSurg (Endoscopy, Urology, Neurology) business.
  • This role ensures alignment with divisional goals, maintains industry and product expertise, and fosters strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
  • The Sales Supervisor plays the role of people manager, engaging and motivating the team to continuously build and improve processes to achieve the broad operational goals and critical KPI’s.
