Job Summary
You will take over a responsible position in the SAP Operations / Service Management group and guide application support for our worldwide used SAP ERP and S/4 Systems.
Collaborate with our two main support partners - the Service Management Team in our market organizations and the external support organization with the aim of providing best-in-class service towards our business end users.
Proactively identify issues and problems within your area of responsibilities and propose mitigation steps.
