Job Summary

  • The Service Coordination Manager is responsible for building and filling shift schedules while ensuring that the nurse’s skillset matches the clinical needs of the patient.
  • The SCM conducts home visits for the purpose of understanding the environment and the personalities of the patients/families and using that information to match the family and caregiver as closely as possible.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Cleared background screening
  • Valid Driver’s License with Proof of Insurance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Associates degree (preferred)
  • Healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Experience organizing and managing office files
  • Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
