Industrial Electric Mfg. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage various accounting functions related to vendor invoices and expense reports in their Surrey, Canada facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable within a manufacturing or industrial setting, along with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software

Job Summary

  • The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing basic accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable to print, review, reconcile and to allocate to job costs and vouchers into the accounting system expense reports and UPS weekly voucher billings, LTL freight invoices in a multi-site system.
  • This role will also help with various audits, month-end and year-end close (as needed).
