Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years US payroll implementation experience
10+ years US payroll processing and compliance
CPA or CPP certification required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Sciences
Experience with SAP, ADP Global View, or similar software
Nice-to-have
SAP technical and configuration knowledge
Contract negotiation and vendor management skills
Presentation and demo leadership capabilities
Benefit/HR integration project experience
Willingness to travel as needed
