Serve as a member of the Global Compliance Strategy Team and lead direct reports to support Nidec’s businesses in the Americas.
Implement, enhance, and oversee Nidec’s compliance program in the Americas to achieve company goals in alignment with its ethical culture.
Conduct and/or supervise internal investigations for Nidec companies’ operations in the Americas and oversee management of Nidec’s Hotline in the Americas.
