  • We’re looking for a technical, hands-on Product Leader to define the architecture of the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Platform and collaborate with engineering to package the platform.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Define product and technical vision
  • Develop platform strategy
  • Architect and build systems hands-on
  • Create reusable reference architectures
  • Use NVIDIA technologies like NeMo, NIM, RAPIDS, cuOpt
  • Deliver production-ready platform
  • Ensure system reliability
  • Expertise in AI systems, LLMs, RAG, agent-based systems
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, systems architecture
  • Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices
  • Ability to build real-time or near-real-time systems

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with GPU acceleration libraries
  • Background in Retail, CPG, logistics, or marketplaces
  • Experience with enterprise AI architectures

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales or business development experience
  • 7+ years of team management experience
  • Builder mentality with proven track record to write code and ship systems
  • Shown success in lean, high-velocity environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or Masters degree highly desirable
