  • Lead day-to-day sanitation operations, ensuring the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and compliant condition that supports food safety and production readiness.
  • Combine people leadership, technical understanding, and strong organizational skills to coach sanitation supervisors, develop team capability, and build routines that support operational stability.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
