Xylem Inc. is seeking a Client Service Manager responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in engineering or technical consulting, strong communication skills, and a consultative mindset to foster client relationships

Job Summary

  • The Client Service Manager will serve as the trusted technical advisor and accountable for developing deep, consultative relationships with their key clients while ensuring Xylem provides quality delivery of services and technical reports per the terms of the contract and the ongoing needs of the client.
  • The Client Service Manager will also be accountable for continued growth of key contracts which aligns with the overall strategy of Assessment Services.
  • Xylem is a growth company and an important measure of success is revenue growth. It is expected that the revenue for the dedicated clients will increase year over year by a defined percentage.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline
  • Professional Engineering designation and/or PMP
  • 10+ years engineering/technical consulting/client facing field delivery project management experience
  • Experience with pipes/utilities preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in contract review and delivery
  • Ability to develop and maintain client business plans
