Job Summary
Under general direction, perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation and replacement of HVAC mechanical equipment and Building Control Systems while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to branch technicians and act as escalation point for technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist management with operational discipline, training needs, scheduling, and customer communication to deliver professional and timely service.
